Lots of chatter that Joshua will vacate the WBO

Another website, that will appear like this ******* if I type it’s name, is writing in many of its Joshua-Pulev articles that Joshua is expected to vacate the WBO title once the Pulev fight is finalized.

I’ve always felt it was a strong possibility tbh. If they vacate and don’t end up fighting Usyk after Pulev would it be considered a duck?

Joshua-Pulev is just not an interesting fight, I’d much rather AJ vacate the IBF and face Usyk in a bigger and better matchup.

Yes it’s a duck. Usyk would make him look ******ed until he drops him with crisp combos to the glass

Why would he drop the WBO? They agreed that the IBF is next in the rotation then them.

Unless it's a ploy by Eddie Hearn to ensure he has another heavyweight champion on tap in case one of them loses.

They’ve been talking about dropping it ever since then. They’re Hoping the million strong Hearniacs forget that the IBF and WBO said they would work together.

FFS people complain that he might take on mandatories, complain that he might drop belts. Complain that he might take on one, and drop the other.

            Which is it?

Well, if you’re gonna fight both, cool. If you’re only going to fight one, also cool...just don’t choose Pulev.

Pulev would actually be the smart choice, easier to get a fight with Usyk to win it back because he is also with matchroom

Am not shocked, Usyk is under matchroom. If AJ drops the belt he can make a deal easily with Usyk to unify again. If he drops the Pulev mandatory then that belt would go to ESPN and to get it back would just be too difficult. It’s simple common sense, maths and politics.

As others have said, they might feel confident that they can keep the WBO in house.

Pulev is a decent fight. Not sure why people are so down on it. They can't all be massive.
