Plant has never really never been pushed for a full fight. In the couple of rounds where he was against Uzi, he damn near fell apart due to stamina...not due to taking punishment. I really like Plant, I post about him here... I see the style issues he would present to Canelo...but the gulf in experience seems problematic for him because Canelo is like a tank at these weights.

I'll say though...fighting 168 opponents for Canelo is going to be tricky because there isn't going to be an excuse to create re-hydration clauses and such (not that there should be an excuse). They really had to put effort into hiding the fact there was one for Kovalev,- they released that news liked the night before the fight or even the day of.

That's another thing that Canelo would say, who has Plant beat. This is coming from a fan that respects Canelos skills but I know the game and keep it real that's what he would say. So tell me who had Canelo beat that was a technical fighter? Mayweather? Dont say Lara, Canelo said he was too boring to run that back so who

You can't freeze out Canelo, he has legions of admirers who will pay more to watch him hit the heavy bag then any two other fighters get to fight against each other.

Moreover, his promoter owns the largest boxing dedicated media outlet, and he is paid to fight on the largest primarily boxing streaming service- so regardless of what he does the narrative will be controlled in his favor.

He is currently in a position to freeze everybody else out, if he wants.

i kinda agree but at the same time i don't see canelo losing a decision to anyone.

            It'll never happen. Fight Benavidez.

You ****** mother***er. Lara is more skilled than plant aswell as jacobs, ggg, kovalev. Cotto. Even trout is more proven at world level compared to plant you brain dead piece of chit. Don't bother replying to me dumb ***.

Plant is nowhere near experienced enough, especially against top comp. Canelo by stoppage.

Outboxing and getting a decision are 2 different things.
