You are the big expert on everything and know so much so how much money were BJS and Smith actually offered to fight Canelo in Canelo's boxing home town. I heard it was 4 million bucks. Jacobs got 15 million to fight Canelo and Khan got 13 million bucks to fight Canelo. Considering this and how much money Canelo will make I think both Smith and Saunders should turn down 4 million and ask for more. They would be putting their world title and unbeaten record on the line in a place they would probably have to KO the iron jawed Canelo to get the win. I think they will make Saunders a better offer and he will fight Canelo in May.

on top of not being stars in the uk, neither smith nor saunders are stars in the usa. in fact they were last seen on undercards in the usa. hatton vs castillo did 13k before he fought floyd so hatton was clearly a star not only in the uk but in the us. these guys just think they deserve big money because of the promotional outfit they are with, not because of their drawing power

Youre right about wanting to see the best fights, but I'm not sure why Oscar is saying $4 million is 3 or 4 times their biggest pay day, and I dont know why some of you are too dumb to do your own research and realise it's a lie. Smith for example made more than that offer in the WBSS final, let alone it being 3 or 4 times less. I think those guys will take less than Jacob's and Kovalev but they also need to be treated fairly. $4 million is 10% of the likely cut
