    After seeing that KO & his face in the post fight interview when Linares brought up Garcia I doubt that he's gonna willingly put Garcia in there with him. His confidence came back a bit after the Garcia KO though so who knows? As chinny & shopworn as Linares is, he still has some of the fastest hands & feet & is one of the greatest technicians in the sport.

      Linares is a bad matchup for any up and comer. He’s more skilled than any of them and he cracks hard which means their chin will be tested. Only put Garcia in there if you’re positive he can take a shot.

        Linares proved he is still dangerous and that his loss to Cano was more about his failure thinking he could stretch his body 1 more weight class. He has no business at 140 Linares turned pro at 122 and won his first world title at 126. Even at lower weight punch resistance has always been a question mark not his skills. Cano is a tough dude who has hurt good fighters at 147.
