I didn’t say it was any different. I don’t think him, Haney, or tank separately or combined have defeated anything remotely close to an elite fighter. The hope here is eventually they will, my issue is this coronation mostly coming from our Mexican friends..just like black folk crowning Haney and tank special when none of the three has technically done shhh besides beat who they are pitted against and are supposed to beat.

I’m not Mexican and not crowning this dude as the absolute next coming. What I do absolutely believe in is that he will absolutely annihilate Tank and when he does fight Haney I’ll give him anslight edge as I see him improving much more than Haney by the time they fight.

I think Haney has a huge upside and skill wise he’s golden but imo he’s where he is with his skill aand Garcia is only getting better.

Ain’t nobody hating the kid, he’s not done shhh, nor has Haney, or any of this new generation. I can't call him a future great based of this performance . Fonseca has never done anything except lose to tank and farmer and styles make fights . Do I think ryan Garcia is a future player and a top notch young prospect ?? Absolutely. But I call it like I see it and he isnt there yet . I would pick haney to beat him if they fought tomorrow . I think the linares fight is perfect for garcia next and will show a little bit more , but linares I dont think has too much left at this point and has always been quite chinny so I wont be surprised if garcia stretches him but I will be far more impressed if garcia dominates him over 10 or 12 rounds . One punch kos are fun but they are not very telling of where a fighter is at especially when they happen in the first round . I would like to see Garcia take a few more step up type fights . I dont think they should rush him , something is missing and more work with reynoso will be huge for his development, I think davis beats him right now too but I think Garcia puts up a fight . I think a good fight would be gamboa at this point aswell . If he can beat linares and gamboa by decision I will be very impressed . I'd also like to see haney take a few of these type fights , he needs a few names who are a bit past it as well . They shouldnt rush this fight but if it happens tomorrow I would pick haney comfortably .

Lol. Beats a guy after 2 others already have and he's da best suddenly? NSB hasn't changed a bit. Styles make fights... never forget that along with triangle theories don't work in boxing. We still haven't seen Ryan get hit or face anyone like the guys mentioned that he's supposedly better than. He looks good for now but lets wait and see if he really is.
