Best In-Ring Recovery Ability in Boxing History

ROBBIE BARRET made an excellent point that Fury’s chin is not very good, but his recovery ability is excellent.

Based on that, who would you rate as having the best in-ring recovery abilities in boxing history, all weight classes considered?

I’m just going to throw two names out there to get us started...

    Nigel Benn
    Larry Holmes

I think Shawn Porter has a good chin and great recovery. He recovered fast after broner knocked him down. He recovered after that big shot Thurman hit him with. And recovered well from the knockdown in the Spence fight. Porter's just a tough dude.

Mayweather taking Mosleys straight in the second round will always stand out. Buckled, but held on.

Even though I watch all the boxing I can and have for a very long time I have probably only seen a small percentage of all the great fighters. So I really can't truthfully say who was the best in this department and probably nobody reading this thread can either. Of the fighters I have seen I would say Trinidad had the best recovery from being knocked down. He fought all the punchers and was never counted out and far surpassed Fury in this regard. In Trinidad's day the fight continued as soon as the knocked down fighter beat the count, The ref did not give you three or four walk this way tests like Fury and other boxers get given their head time to clear and recover from being hurt.
