The thread question says nothing about age. Stop trying to move the goalposts.
The only one moving goalpost is you , your words Not one of them was at their best.So again , who did Floyd beat at their best ?, just name them. Also I can add whatever criteria I want to come to my decision regarding who has a better resume. Age at time of fights, the fighter they fought , weight , record ,quality of fighter they fought before their fight. if you do not use any factors or data how the hell did you come to your conclusion.Clown .....

I dunno I feel like on paper mayweather , but in reality hopkins took on tougher challenges than floyd . Take that how u want it . Iam not digging into this to start a debate . I dont need to , they were both great fighters who fought other great fighters , that is my 2 cents .

Prime = at their best you tard. You looked up the definition for ****s sake.

Who fought the highest rated opponents at the time they fought. That's how i decide who fought the toughest comp. Mayweather fought the most P4P fighters in history.

Peak is a point. Like Roy Jones when he told people “i’m in a bad mood leave me alone” and disappeared into secret training (likely juicing) for Griffin II and got two consecutive one punch “KO’s” on Griffin then Hill. Or Pacquiao on that roll from Hatton to Margarito before doing less and less S&C and finally showing up soft vs Bradley I.

Prime for me is within about 90% of what you are, proven, momentum and youth.

We can agree to disagree, I’m not arguing with you. Whether you want to say they were prime or not prime they were still better fighters then than the vast majority of Floyd’s opposition.

Losing to #8 P4P Jones is better than beating #2 P4P Pacquiao in your opinion? This is the ******ity on this forum.

93' Jones and Trinidad were definitely prime. ODLH and Calzaghe were maybe not prime, but Calzaghe was coming of his career-best win over Mikkel Kessler. Apart from that, Bernard was still like 8 years older than both of them when they fought.

Never said that though did I? Lol, fighting a “prime” Roy Jones is more risk/tougher than a passed it midget Pacquiao though.

Jones was not prime, he wasn't prime until a few years later. Prime Trinidad was 147 Trinidad. Anyone claiming 160 Trinidad was prime quite frankly doesn't know **** about Trinidad.

Calling Jones prime is like calling the Canelo Mayweather fought prime. Bet you don't want to do that though?

The ratings disagree with you. Pacquiao was viewed as the best in the world only behind Mayweather himself. FACTS.

Roy Jones doesn’t show any major improvements, instead just gets slower and more flat-footed, was an Olympic Gold medalist and put simply was just more advanced than Canelo. He schooled Hopkins, and a year later Schooled James Toney.

Canelo has clearly improved, in every facet.
