If Lopez is mentally strong enough to withstand the schooling, he will lose by UD. If he breaks down mentally, which I can totally see it, seeing how he behaved after the Nakatani fight, he will likely quit on his stool.

I’m a huge Loma fan. But he is pushing the lightweight envelope. This extremely talented, but loud-mouthed punk, however, has the bulk and power to easily move up a division or two. The only two opponents Loma needs to be concerned about are Lopez and Haney - because Lopez has the power and “catch and shoot” timing to land a haymaker more devastating than Linares...and Haney has the raw skill to really test Loma. Great fights, both of them.

2 Why not take the Saudi Arabia money and od Loma/Lopez and Berchelt/Valdez on the same card given all 4 men a solid pay check

If they take this fight to SA then you would be able to hear a pen drop in the arena. The garden I think is the best place for this fight.
