    Ben Davidson advise before knockdown

After rewatching the fight and listening to Ben Davidson in the corner before round 9, I think it shows why Fury left. Ben telling him to fight wilder only with his left hand and basically disarmed him mentally while going in with a killer coming at him heating up. Rewatch the commentary before round 9, Roach shoots Davidson a look like he knew he was giving inexperienced bad advice and i think it really could have led to the knockdown.

Fury comes out trying to just use his left and thus wilder was able to walk him down. It’s only after he goes down does Fury wake up and start to throw his right more to keep wilder off him and make him show some respect.

This I believe is the reason for the switch. Fury needs to have wilder respect the right/power to not walk him down and overwhelm him. Davidson mind****ed him and basically tamed the inner beast and mentality in fury in my opinion, then when fury got hit, his true killer instinct came out.

Ben Davidson doesn’t understand the important of killer instinct and there mindset of a fighter to kill or be killed, and tried to kill that in Tyson which ultimately led to his knockdowns, I think, but luckily that awoke the true “fighting man” in fury, which is when he’s at his best.

Then if he let his hands go and got ko'd, Davidson would still look like the noob. It was a no-win situation

What lead to the knock down was? Tyson Fury, he gets hit all the time in most of his fights 'His defense is a tad overrated'.

But as I have stated before 'I am still leaning towards him to win this rematch'.

Well that’s an interesting point of view and it makes sense.

I am a bit surprised the Furies didn’t turn to Freddy Roach to train Tyson after the first fight or at least after the Wallin fight. Isn’t this what Roach got all upset about after the first fight?

Davison was out of his depth, hence why fury panicked late on and brought in roach

            Roach was definitely frustrated. Ha

Yea he told Wilder not to get greedy and hold back almost every round ,this time will be both you will have a passive / aggressive fighter and will go for the finish when he creates the opening ,I expected it to end still in or around the 9th round for Fury .

Fury went to Roaches gym ,Davison wouldn’t do that it’s why he left he wasn’t going to do another training collaboration and this time play second fiddle to Sugar Hill . Ha

I like the move at least for this fight .
