Why does he need to show proof? He said he sent them an offer. If he was lying someone would’ve said something by now. We know team charlo likes to go silent when offers are made anyway.

      Side note,

He also states that they will not be fighting at 160 in May because it’s too much weight to go from 75 to 60 that fast, so it’ll be def at 68 in May then they will see what comes after May. Also said that David lemiuex, although he respects him, has never been an option for canelo.

Why are you putting it on Charlo to prove ODH's false instead of asking ODH to prove himself right?

Why does he need to show proof? Two main reasons:

        1. he made the claim of an offer about 1 year after it was allegedly made and only because he was negotiating a fight with Murata, who is a lesser fighter than Charlo.

        2. Before we accuse a fighter of ducking there should be proof.

Another reason is ODH is a junkie. I don't think any of us take a junkie's word at face value without proof. At least I don't. If he came up to you and told you the TV he was offering to sell you was his, I'm pretty sure you wouldn't believe him.

Not surprising. Against Lemieux he would definitely be the favourite. Lemieux hits too hard to take a chance for the amount of credit he would get for winning.

**** yeah I’m putting it on charlo. Odh said he sent an offer, it’s not hard to open your mouth to either confirm or deny. Why should odh waste more energy chasing charlo
Publicly if the offer hasn’t been accepted that’s not how you do business.

It’s funny how you know the reasons why he “claimed” to make the offer yet you don’t think the offer was made.

You know how the Charlos like to talk. It odh claimed he made an offer to charlo and it wasn’t true you know damn well he’d be screaming it from the rooftops by now.

I didn’t actually claim anyone was ducking but what the charlos and haymon do is quite smart. No one really knows how much they make so whenever they receive an offer like they did from Hearn they can turn around and say “oh no one knows how much money we make I make way more than what you offered” even if we don’t know it’s true. Very clever way to avoid taking fights you don’t fancy.

That is crazy that ODH can say that one year after the alleged offer, not produce proof of offer when asked, and you put it on Charlo to prove ODH wrong.

I asked for proof of the offer. When ODH was asked for proof by the interviewer, he couldn't provide any.

I made the statement about why ODH said that because The timing of ODH's statements coincided with the announcement that they were in talks with Murata.

Now you're saying Charlo not saying anything is proof that ODH is telling the truth. You are entitled to believe that but I doubt you would do this in any other situation.

Again, this allegedly happened a year ago. This means when Charlo wasn't the mandatory, ODH allegedly made him an offer to fight, which he allegedly turned down. Then once Charlo became the mandatory challenger, Canelo worked with the WBC to be named emeritus and then gave the belt to Charlo.

Why would the emeritus designation be needed if Charlo had already turned down the fight? Canelo and his team essentially made a move to avoid a guy they claim a year earlier refused their deal, a deal when they were asked to show proof of they couldn't.

He is Canelo's coach and part of Canelo's team FFS. What the hell do you expect him to say? Ask Jermall's trainer and he will tell you Canelo would be easy work for Jermall. This means nothing and is not worth a thread. Canelo probably would beat Jermall but I doubt it would be such easy work. Jermall has never lost and never been hurt or knocked down. He has fast hands and a great jab. He has good power in both hands and wins most of his fights by KO. Yes, Canelo beats him. Easy work? I doubt it.

o how much money exactly was Jermall offered to fight Canelo????? This supposed offer for Jermall to fight Canelo was way back before Canelo fought Jacobs so why are we just hearing about it now and not then?

Well he's been outboxed by lesser fighters repeatedly so I can see why he would say that.

That's a bunch of B.S. Because Charlo had been his mandatory challenger for several months and instead of challenging him; Canelo took the easy route by accepting that bogus Franchise title that the WBC offered him in order to avoid him.
