    Wilder kinda passed his turn.

By not fighting Klit but going for the Stiverne route, not fighting Josh (so Ruiz finally took that Josh scalp),
finally fighting the gipsy king after a long lay off and nothing relevant done in boxing since 2015 except that Wilder draw.

He kinda put himself in position where he's in a hurry.

Still, PBC protected him well, because he was not ready before his 30s for the top level.

Now, if Wilder beats Fury, then Josh and Ruiz, it will look good. But time is against him as Wilder is reaching 35, still has not a top win, I do not rate Ortiz that much (who Ortiz has beaten that is at least B class?)

I'm not blaming WIlder for all of this, I think some ducked, some cheated, like povetkin,
his career is pretty similar to GGG...

I'm a loyal but undeluded fab. Wilder is a unique heavyweight but not anywhere near being the all time great.

Son, believe me, you won`t. Joshua, Fury and new prospects like Ajagba, Dubois are your best opposition and you won`t even beat them all.

Nobody will remember you when you retire.

Who cares about old Klit when Wilder could beat both of the men who already beat that man?

Wins over Fury and AJ are more significant than a win over Klit.

Fury, AJ, Usyk, Ruiz, Miller, Whyte, Kownacki

Beating these men would mean that he cleaned out the entire active top 10. How many heavyweights have done that? If he succeeds, he deserves a high honor in the history books.

Meanwhile in the cotton pickin fields of backwoods Alabammy, a lonely windmill slowly spins in the fading breeze, comfortably at peace with deluded opinion as his only company to wile away the fast approaching long nights of irrelevancy.

The current crop of heavyweights has been weak. The " great " Anthony Joshua has chin and stamina issues. As for Fury, he can box but most of his fights pre-Wilder were borefests. The younger guys, Dubois, Joyce, Hrgovic, Yoka, Kownacki, Ajagba, etc. will make the division attractive. There is also a 20 year old from Ohio, Jared Anderson who has some skills as well.
I agree he's not the best or anywhere near the best skill wise but one can make the argument he doesn't need to be. The perfect example is Rocky Marciano who is a top ten guy and got there through punching power and winning wars of attrition. He often was losing fights up until he stopped his opponents.

Stop with triangle theories. Wladimir is still bigger than Joshua and Fury.

Berbick beat old Ali, so what?

deontayduckus wilderquackus never called out Klitschko when Klitschko was active due to the fact that Klitschko hurt him in sparring.

Klitschko held The Heavyweight Division in a stranglehold for a decade and even hurt deontayduckus wilderquackus in sparring to the point that when Klitschko was active there was not even a quack out of deontayduckus wilderquackus.
