Whyte is correct. Ruiz is a bum.

He wanted Ruiz, but Ruiz didn't want him. Hearn sent Ruiz a $5million offer to fight Whyte in the US, but it was turned down.

None of the PBC heavyweights will fight Dillian Whyte. Wilder, Ruiz, Ortiz, Breazeale have all turned down offers to fight him.

Ah again here is boxingscene providing a platform for this disgraced 2x undisputed PED cheat to bloviate. He’s the victim. Everyone plotting against him. How about open the B sample? How about apologize to Rivas? How about turning down 2 eliminators. How about turning down life changing DAZN money to fight Joshua? Liar. Cheater.

                Indeed. Ruiz should fight Ortiz.

If the fight vs Ortiz was to be in April, maybe Ruiz turned it down because he doesn't have a trainer yet. Or maybe your offer statement is misinformed.

Ortiz accepted the fight, in the UK publicly. Whyte and Hearn quietly moved ok n to Chisora. That's a well known fact.

Whyte also turned down the eliminator vs Breazeale.

I mean he fought in the Olympic Mexican national team and he became a world champion in the pro ranks upsetting one of the top 3 heavyweights in the world. How many world titles have you won, ? Or on what Olympic games did you compete in? 🤔 That'll tell us who the real bum is

Well, we already somewhat answered the question with Joshua (never caught) vs. PEDvetkin (caught, then brutally knocked out Duhaupas in an unsanctioned fight).
