Yeah, man. Great fight. I’ve always loved the boxer-puncher style, something Rigo is completely able to pull off. No one is asking him to brawl (at least, I’m not), but he can mix it up a bit and still avoid taking big shots. Best example is the Donaire fight.Comment

Yup! I'm a HUGE fan of the Cubano Boxing School. I just wish when he fought Loma it was a CW. I don't understand guys like him and Mikey Garcia going up against guys they clearly have NO shot of beating...Comment

Thing is, Rigo could’ve accepted the Loma fight at a catchweight, or at least 126. These offers were on the table. Guillermo and his team didn’t take them. Vasyl then shrugged and moved up in weight. Everything about what should’ve been a really great encounter between two amateur legends was botched.Comment

Solis is a former 115 champion Rigo has gone has high as 130 yeah hes the smaller guy we are not talking about height here dude use your brain.Comment

The fight was so boring that I fell asleep. The first round was great and then like always Rigo stunk up the place. Thank God that I recorded it and watched the following fight the next morning.Comment

I don’t think Rigo even weighed 130 for the Lomo fight. If memory serves, he came in at 128. Rigondeaux walks around at about 126. He’s a very small guy. Guille probably could’ve fought at 115 if he wanted to as a younger man. The fact he can drop to 118 at his age, when he has zero visible body fat, says something.Comment

Not doubting that but if he was the smaller guy between him and Solis he would've been competing at 115 since he turned pro. If we have to be specific then Rigo has fought as high as "super featherweight"I don’t think Rigo even weighed 130 for the Lomo fight. If memory serves, he came in at 128. I don’t know why the decision was made to start him at 122, when Rigo is a more natural 118. Guillermo was nearly 29 years-old when he began his pro career. That might’ve had something to do with the decision to start higher than 118.Comment
