    What is the more impressive win Canelo over Kovalev or Loma over Rigo?

      Kovalev didn't come to win, he just came for the paycheck. Rigo saw how good Loma was and just quit then.

          So he knew Canelo was too good for him and didn't bother to try? Wow. Ultimate show of respect right there. And to a former light middleweight too.

              He just didn't get the rest and training needed after the Yarde fight. He was into survival mode.

                          One guy didn't want to take the fight saying Rigo is undersized but was called a ducker before he finally took the fight, the other admitted to taking on Kov because he wasn't the same anymore and was a huge favorite going in to the fight.

                              Lets take a look at the facts

                              Loma beat a small rigo jumping up 2 divisions who didn't have a significant win in years. Rigo was so small at 130, he's fighting at 118 tonight


                              Canelo jumped up 2 divisions from his previous fight and beat a significantly bigger champion in Kovalev who actually had a significant win at 175 in the very same year Canelo beat him in.

                              This shouldn't be hard

                                  I agree. Kovalev was considered a top 5 LHW by everybody before he fought Canelo. He dominated Alvarez and KO'd Yarde with a jab. Now they say he was shot. Its just more excuses from people who won't give Canelo any credit.
