You seem hurt behind it...it wasn’t a robbery dog....name some boxing analyst who call it a robbery.....name some boxers...the only place where I see people claim that first fight is sooooo unforgivable is on the internet...And the funny thing is I think Kov won the first fight!! But whatever

Lol I think you're projecting on me man...I literally said in my last line that I don't care about it really...I just know what I saw...and I think we all know what we saw that night. You seem hurt behind it...it wasn’t a robbery dog....name some boxing analyst who call it a robbery.....name some boxers...the only place where I see people claim that first fight is sooooo unforgivable is on the internet...And the funny thing is I think Kov won the first fight!! I don't really form my opinion based on what other people think...so I've never taken the time to google what Ja Rule (Dave Chappelle reference) or anyone else thinks about that decision...and most people in the industry are probably going to be touchy about calling that fight what it was anyway.
Most are just going to want it to go away as stuff like that is a black eye for boxing...and most reporters fighters etc who get asked about it are US based anyway...so they aren't going to speak out too much.
It was a hometown decision/robbery...call it what you will...I think it stands out as particularly egregious to me because I didn't see it coming...in some 'robberies' we know the A-side is going to get the nod/the cards.
But I didn't see why Ward would get that treatment vs Kovalev...even fighting at 'home' in Vegas.Comment

Lol? Not at all...odd tbh that you and that other guy both try and project that on to me? Maybe you guys are in your feelings about it but as I've said 100 times, I don't really care...boxing is corrupt and sh.it happens...worse things happen to people every minute.
But yeah I hear you...I had Andrade-Sulecki either way as well...close fight, Andrade may have edged it but if you had Sulecki winning I could see that too
lol

When you compared Ward-Kov 1 to lopsided fights I knew the conversation was pointless. It still is so we're only wasting time here.Lol? kov clearly won 7 rounds. ward clearly won 2. 3 rounds were pretty close. 10-2 to 7-5 kovalev are all possible scores. 7-5 ward isnt even a possible score so yes 10-2 kovalev is better even though i personally wouldn't have that score.Oh come tf on...10-2 Kov better then 7-5 Ward? it was a close fight dude...how many legit pundits and Boxers call that fight a robbery? Almost nobody..that fight had tons of swing rounds and the judges preferred Wards work to Kovs..oh well close fight run it back no huge deal.
What I pointed out where robberies this might’ve been a bad decision but nothing crazyComment

do you think these people even watch the fights i mean come on. i seriously doubt they have gone back and reviewed/studied the fight and its because they know what they would find. kovalev getting the better of ward so all they can do is appeal to authority "well the judges said this" "well pro boxer so and so said it was a good decision"There really just isn't a way to 7 rounds for Ward unless you're actively looking for them.
I gave him 4 live, and basically 4 every time I've watched it, and feel that was very fair...8-3-1 or something like that was probably about the right score.
Kov was pretty clearly up 5-1 through 6...it was probably closer to 6-0 than 4-2...5 of the last six rounds were pretty close...the only real clear one was round 10 and that was to Kov...that put it to 7 on my card and should have at least sealed it on all 3 judges' cards too.
You would literally have to give Ward every close round, or even worse, steal one or two clear rounds from Kov to get Ward to 7 rounds in that fight.
Another way to put it...is if those last 6 rounds were doubled, and that is the way the whole fight went...I think most people would say it was an even fight, and maybe a 7-5 either way type fight with not much separation between them.
For Ward to win, you would have to give him all 6 or 5/6 of those rounds...meaning in a 12 round fight you would say he won 12-0 or 10-2 if the whole fight was that way...just silly.
people that say ward dominated the second half of the fight...its just not true. rounds 9 and 10 were both easy kovalev rounds. no one even talks about round 9! kovalev landed 7 power punches to wards 1! kovalev buckled wards legs at the end of the round. ward landed some nice jabs which were better than kovalev's in the round but the quality wasn't close. thats 2 clear rounds and 11 and 8 were razor close rounds as well. domination...no. fan gogglesComment

Man there was only 1 winner there...sometimes your guy loses...it happens...who cares.
And Andrade-Sulecki was lopsided...the other two fights were no more lopsided than Ward-Kovalev 1Comment
