It wasn't Lomachenko's second pro bout. It was his seventh.

Besides that, what has Lomachenko done since the Salido loss? Exactly WHO has he beaten to be considered a "great fighter"?

and how could the hate for ggg started in 2013???? in 2013, there wasnt even any talks of ggg vs canelo yet... in 2013, ggg wasnt even on the radar for the canelo fans yet... ggg only started getting hate on when there was talks of ggg vs canelo.
I've been here since that time. I know when the ridiculous Golovkin hype started and people started getting fed up of it.

ggg hyped started early on, yes, you're right.. i'll say around the time you brought up 2013... but this wasnt the time when he got hated on...

he got hated on when there was talks of ggg vs canelo and the fight falling apart, etc,. that's when both fan based started making assumption that canelo is avoiding ggg because he knows he'll lose to ggg, etc.

and canelo fans saying ggg is asking for too much money because he knows he'll lose and this will only be his big fight, etc. and that's when the hate started for ggg.

look at pacquiao for example, before there was even any talks of pac fighting floyd, there was zero hate for the man! mofos wasnt even accusing him of juicing (even though he was knocking mofos out already) because pac was in his own lane.

the minute he started merging into floyd's lane, that's when the hate and accusation started. ggg is now getting the same treatment. they only love you when you're below them. the moment you're equal or is looking to pass them up, that's when the hate comes in.
No that’s a flat out lie! Mr. ANYONE from 154-168 was in EVERY ones lane.

          Andre Ward
          Kell Brook
          Canelo
          Cotto
          Mayweather

*** was soo desperate he pulled 3-3 Vanes out of two year retirement.

I wish that the top middleweights felt like you did in 2012-2015. If Golovkin was such a hype job then surely someone like Miguel Cotto or Sergio Martinez would have been anxious to expose him. Just to offer a comparison, Julio Caesar Chavez Jr. was definitely hyped up to be something he wasn't and Martinez couldn't wait to get in the ring with him. I once read an article where Lou Dibella said that Golovkin wasn't well-known enough yet I know that GGG was more well-known than Martin Murray, who Martinez ended up facing in 2013. Do I think that GGG is an all-time great? No, but do I think he is as overrated as his critics claim? definitely not

Golovkin got his opportunities late in his career, when he was slipping a bit but still excellent. He had two close fights with Canelo and if he was that overrated then Canelo would have destroyed him right? Especially since many of the same GGG critics believe that Canelo is an ATG. He also had two close fights with Danny Jacobs and Sergey Derevyanchenko. I thought the Jacobs fight could have gone either way and that Derev deserved to win a close decision. Both Jacobs and Derev fought the fights of their lives and again, if GGG was THAT overhyped then he would have lost those fights badly.

Either way, people will criticize no matter what and everyone is entitled to their opinion.

Mexicans hate him mostly. Obvious reasons.

He is 1-1 with the steroid cheat Ginger.

Dudes been ducked for years when he was prime.

Canelo made up his own weight class for like 2 years. Saw Golovkin slip, took the fight and lost
