Other than hand speed what does Russell have really? He’s little and he couldn’t move his head if his life depended on it. Not really that big of a puncher. To me he’s just a good not great fighter.

Oscar is on the verge of making Rigo vs Chicken Cruz and Al swoops in like Batman and grabs Chicken Cruz's contract. Next thing, for the next 3 yrs, Chicken Cruz runs around saying, you don't want to see Rigo vs Me b/c that's boring fight while Rigo is breaking eyes. Hence, Chicken Cruz's style is simply volume and coming head first in the pocket. No, Chicken Cruz don't duck. Of course he will fight 2 times a year if Haymon rewards him with 750k uber driver fights on the undercard

Rigo’s name should have been registered under LSC’s name at boxrec with a red color in it but instead he controlled his destiny and avoided that.

Sad that Russell is one of the most ducked guys in boxing that he may have to fight 2 divisions north just to get quality fights and give up lots of advantages!

His talent speaks pound for pound but he sadly hasn’t had much quality opponents to show it!

If Haymon won’t give him Leo next then he should jump to DAZN so he can be more active and get in the conversation at 135, provided he beats Tugs on Saturday which is no easy fight!

There's one fight I would love to see before GRJ moves up (since LSC don't want no smoke) and that's GRJ vs. Shakur Stevenson! I know Stevenson is young, but since no one has a problem with Warrington fighting him, then why not GRJ?

speak up now? He called him out in April before his last fight. He called Leo out again after he won his fight in May. He then made a video on social media in Sept where he called Leo out in front of his father and threatened to put hands on his father. What else should he have done? It's common knowledge now that Leo isn't about challenging himself. I actually can't think of another big name that is more unwilling to take on a real challenge.

I just said the same thing, but shorter.
