The thread title seems misleading. Just because Derevyanchenko is now rated #1 doesn't mean he's mandatory. It also doesn't mean the mandatory is due or has been ordered. We'll just have to wait and see.

Why take less than what a washed up desperate Kovalev took or a weight drained unfocused Danny Jacobs took who isn’t a sell in his own hometown!?
