Where does it say he was only arrested because of the second video? It doesn't.

You've gone from making ridiculous claims of innocence even with undeniable evidence of guilt to flat out lying.

It doesn't say that specifically, you are correct. As I read it is all but clear he was arrested for hitting her and injuring her lip and face as opposed to snatching her up.

The article reports that she had visible injuries and she provided a statement to police. Sometimes, most times, where there is smoke there is fire. It's very difficult to give Tank the benefit of the doubt given the circumstances.

The only benefit I am giving him is a legal one, which I think he is entitled to as an American that has been arrested. Other than that, I am not really interested in "forum justice" or convicting him in public.

If you watch the first TMZ video very closely, in super slow motion (.00001) what you'll see is Tank's baby mama attempting to swallow a large hard candy and beginning to choke. Mr Tank, acting quickly, holds her throats and guides her to an open area to perform the Heimlich Maneuver and save the young woman's life.
