I haven’t kept a tally, but it seems to me that the majority of boxers and trainers (in other words, the people who REALLY know boxing) are predicting a knockout win for Wilder. Some names I know for a fact have stated Wilder will win are Timothy Bradley, Teddy Atlas, Breadman Edwards, and Bernard Hopkins. Hopkins supposedly even said that if Fury wins, he won’t talk publicly about boxing for a year.
I’ve also seen that many on this forum have predicted Wilder to win by devastating knockout.
I have also predicted that Wilder will likely win the fight, but I’m not as confident, and I don’t think he’s gonna steamroll Fury, like many boxing minds greater than mine seem to feel.
Am I missing something here? I still feel like this fight is, say, 55-45 in favor of Wilder, while many others (including smart people) seem confident like it’s gonna be a repeat of Wilder’s easy and dominant wins in the Breazeale fight or Stiverne II.
What are your thoughts?

More importantly, can anyone explain to me why there’s such a strong belief among so many that this will be an easy fight for Wilder? Note — I’m looking for serious, technical explanations on why so many people think this will be a one-sided fight...
