Sorry, didn't see this before the fight. You could be right on that. Anyway, he did what was expected but I honestly thought he'd have him out of there in 5.

Only the first one was low mind you, it was very low. The others were just Dallas trying to get himself some breathing time.

I still say that linebacker Porter stops Ugas. He's there to be hit.

That's why Ugas outboxed him a whopping...9 rounds to 3 on my scorecard (one judge agreed with me) but 8-4 was or 7-5 wouldn't have been bad.

          Guy was robbed blind lol.

I like Porter, a lot in fact, but I scored that fight the same as you. I think Porter and Ugas seriously trouble Spence and Crawford (and we've had confirmation of one, but I'm adamant on the other three as well). Troubles means just that of course and I wouldn't outright favor either as I didn't Porter against Spence, but yeah.

What's with the moronic thread title? Ugas did not struggle against Dallas

Ugas is hugely underrated at welter based off his jr welter days . He is a solid fighter and will prolly hold a belt eventually. He is a legit top 10 welter and a threat to anyone . I dont know why anyone would sleep on him . Hes hard to look good against and the top guys arent gonna want him unless its forced and that's a shame . He deserves a shot . He will win some lose some at the top of welter but he will give good accounts of himself everytime unless he gets stretched. Ugas is a good fighter and I picked and rooted for him to beat porter and thought he won the fight 100 . Stand up ugas if u gotta do some talking ,do it . It seems to get big fights these days for some guys but I think his best bet is forcing a mandatory which I believe he is close to with the wba . Although I doubt manny fights him and the other kid got popped recently for the secondary title I believe so iam assuming ugas will have some more hard luck coming in the form of waiting for that big fight and hoping a mandatory gets forced . Becusse these guys arent gonna jump to fight a slick akward Cuban who just beat porter arguably as clean or cleaner than Spence ( minus the knockdown, and regardless of what style porter fought ) .

I had it 7-5 Ugas, but come on bro, that was not the linebacker. He was trying to box like Floyd. That's not Porter's style. He is a full rush linebacker with relentless pressure. That isn't how he fought Ugas.

I'm saying, if he had fought Ugas the CORRECT way, that fight doesn't end well for Yordenias and you know it.

I understand what you are saying now, but I still think you are wrong.

At times Porter tried that, but he got countered coming in, and was struggling with Ugas physical strength. I don’t think Ugas can really punch worth ***** but he is strong, the way he kind of handled Porter’s pressure when he did bring it.

He is also very sharp, short, and quick at getting shots off as you try to get inside, he was catching Porter cleanly on the way in.

Imo its just a bad stylistic match up for Porter. Spence suited Porter better because he was in there to **** with him, also Spence doesn’t do what Ugas does offensively, styles make fights.

That being said Spence handles Ugas tho, same styles make fights theory. If Spence boxes, a Porter rematch would be much cleaner and concrete. Although I still think Spence got the job done 8-4 + KD.
