More evidence pointing to Wilder's "plate hands" giving him more power?

In Tyson Fury's book, when he is talking about the first Deontay Wilder fight... he says that as soon as Wilder landed a jab, he could feel the power, and he could "feel the knuckle" through the glove.

For anybody who has been hit with a pair of gloves and wraps on, this is an odd statement. To say he felt the power, was jarred by the jab etc, is understandle. But to say he felt "the knuckle" off a jab, that is a bit odd to me.

Maybe I am just reading too much into this with the "Wilder has bionic hands" conspiracies going about lately. What do ya'll gorilla dogs think of this?

    Why is it odd?

If Floyd hadn't stopped Chino from trying to cheat with the gloves, he would have been feeling the knuckle too.

We don't know the story behind Wilder's gloves. Just sayin

When a fighter's fists are wrapped, it gives the bones in the hand and wrist support, keeps it all compact and tight, I've heard it referred to as "like a rock" many times. With the glove on top protecting the knuckles, it is not the norm to feel an opponent's knuckle bones through all of that padding.

Deontay Wilder has medical metal rods in his hands. It’s common knowledge. He likes to talk about how he bent the metal in his hand in one of his fights. Look it up.

100% natural Alabama country boy power. No artificial enhancements or drugs.

If he's still fighting into his 40s without suffering any hand injuries, then we'll talk.

You're dumbasses. I don't know what to tell you. Look into prosthetics. Hell, look into punchers. FFS.

If you think Wilder is the first man to get his knuckle felt through gloves you are a dumb****, go read a book.

If you think we've the ability to implant parts into a person that would cause damage but not to the person they're in you are a ****ing idiot, go read a book.

Again, you're assuming how much padding is there, if any. Horse hair gloves, you WILL feel knuckles bro.
