Comments Thread For: Bob Arum: Terence Crawford Is A Better Wrestler Than McGregor

LOS ANGELES - Bob Arum and Top Rank are currently piecing the puzzle that is Terence Crawford's career. The Nebraska native and pound-for-great is yearning for a legacy-defining fight. Steam continues to build toward a potential Errol Spence Jr. unification fight. As soon as the Spence declares himself fully healthy following a scary car accident last October, Arum has said a deal can be done with Al Haymon in one hour.

Sure. Boxing is a given and wrestling a strong probably. Didn't Crawford really excel in wrestling up through high school? But other things doe

If McGregor couldnt kick or knee I think Crawford would check his chin.

Crawford punishes McGregor. TC is probably training now!

If Pacquiao decides to fight Errol Spence then Al Haymon should allow Danny to face Crawford. Great fight and probably a FOTY candidate!

JR high school and even if it was HS that’d be like me proclaiming that because I played HS varsity BB and excelled I’d school the best pro on the court. GTFO here Bob. Crawford would get smashed in an MMA match with McGregor. And Crawford would eventually smash McGregor in a boxing match. FFS I grow weary of cross over *****. To summarize, Crawford would have his arm snapped by McGregor and it’d be fast.

Crawford would get SMACKED in an MMA bout under MMA rules. It’s not even an argument. Just as McGregor would get smacked around a boxing ring. Boxers are not grapplers and are total ***** on the ground

Maybe he does, maybe he doesn't. Isn't Crawford supposed to be of interest to us as a boxer though?

He’s from Nebraska so of course it’s likely he’s wrestled as an athlete. Not sure that translates as an adult in the octagon but it’s an interesting proposition from arum.
