Jermall Charlo continues to get punked out

Deontay trusted but he got PAID for breazeale and ortiz 2 . Until I see charlo get a 7 mill purse ( which he will have to fight someone with a pulse for ) then i cant say that is the right move. It may very well happen but who do they have to fight him that will justify close to that payday ?? Are they just gonna over pay him for a can ?? Or is he going to fight someone?? I dont see him getting g Devey, diabella ain't letting his guys fight haymon fighters right now or vice versa .....who is there?? GGG ?? That ain't gonna happen either . There are no top 5 guys for him to fight . Him and andrade both need to fight someone or shut the fook up . Investing in yourself is fighting top guys for whatever they pay because if u are betting on yourself you know you will win and the money will follow . That's how it used to be and it's a shame very FEW fighters even fight for legacy anymore. Its fuucking sad man . But holding out for the better pay day fighting stiffs is not betting on yourself that's taking money to sit on the shelf . Jermalls career has severely regressed since he moved up and needs to do soemthing before he gets stale .....hell andrade has never even fought anyone himself( charlo has the better resume imo ) and these two guys are all iam hearing about . If haymon knows what hes doing ( which I dont doubt ) he will put this kid in with a real threat of a middlewieght but he doesnt seem to want to do that since the korobov fight .....andrade and charlo are both being cashed out becusse their handlers know they arent the best and they never will be . Jermall gonna have to fight his brother in hell with gasoline trunks on if he wants to see the money hes apparently turning down . The thing is I would favour him to beat andrade . Does he tho ?? This guy ain't betting on himself, neither is his handlers jermall is doing what hes told while his handlers look for a way out of the hole they seem to have dug waiting out on canelo .

The bottom line is that Andrade and charlo need each other .....what is the hold up ?? I think it's both. And iam over it .

just because you cant envision it doesnt mean things wont happen for charlo..like i said...if al is telling him to turn the deals down then al must come up with something or its a terrible look for future business....and a terrble look for his current fighters....al will have to deliver for charlo.....and als track record is pretty good....if charlo trusts him i think we all should too

as far as getting paid to fight cans....well andrade turned down a deal before resigning with DAZN so he could get paid to fight guys like keeler....

ultimately i think the plan with charlo is to build him up a bit more...with a eubank fight and somethign else and get a canelo fight.....if hes being offered 10 now...it could be 15 in another year or so....

I don't have a "favourite" fighter per se... I use to like fighters from different schools of boxing, different styles, a.s.o.

But, because the sport is rather dominated by promoters-platforms issues and disputes, I just only watch fight-by-fight what's "offered", and try not to feed too much the endemic fanboysm...

I wouldnt say I'd bet against hamon but I have seen him put fighters on the shelf before . And Andrade is a punk I dont care about him hes in the same position even worse . And I agree al has to deliver but like I said until he does ....... and eubank ranked higher on boxrec ?! eubank just destroyed korobov who most people had beating charlo so if charlo fights eubank that will be an epic encounter. does he have the mental and physical fortitude to do it? im not sure but if he gets in there with eubank and somehow wins...we may have our next fighter of the decade

ask yourself....is al haymon pretty good at what he does? did he not make wilder the 4th highest paid guy in combat sports last year? the little known wilder? as he not gotten tons of fighters paid fairly well over the years? has he not been involved in some of the biggest fights the sport has ever seen?

so at the end of the day...if charlo trusts haymon...and haymon says "listen you going over there to fight would suck for my brand....and its a risky fight...potential stinker....I will get you the money youre missing out on...ill increase your money each fight in increments...and ill get you good fights....and eventually ill land you a big one"......would charlo be ****** to trust him?

Charlo should ask himself how well Haymon's business strategy or lack there of works out for fighters he shelves. Peter Quillin would be a good example...

I agree both guys need action which is why I think they ought to fight each other.
Andrade making offers to GGG/Canelo would be like Berto making an offer to Floyd; those guys choose you, not the other way around.
As well as offering to fight Charlo on his own network, he also signed to fight Saunders so I think it's fair to say Andrade is at least trying to "earn" it.
Charlo on the other has apparently refused not only Andrade but also Canelo himself.
For my money, the brains trust have placed more value on having an interim belt on Fox/Showtime than getting the fights which truly matter for Charlo.

It's looking real bad that, after being clowned for it for as long as it went on, all Eddie Hearn had was an email sent to Jermall Charlo's account (unsure if the date was shown) and still had to cover up the dollar amount that was actually in the email (after showing no such modesty in any other DAZN deal or Matchroom deal since he came onto the scene).
