The ratings were low because fans know a setup mismatch fight when they see it.

In addition to being a TV channel, Showtime is also an app that has millions of subscribers.

Showtime app subscribers can watch fights live just like TV subscribers, but the millions of app subscribers don't count towards the TV ratings for Showtime. Only the TV channel Showtime counts towards the TV ratings.
you said the same bullocks for the Davis Gamboa fight and all the dreams didnt even add 100k more views to the total smh. Please stop all your bias.

We can pony to Broner fights, Wilder etc that did double these numbers and also had people steaming. Plus like I told this numbnut before fox and ESPN also have steaming options that aren’t included in their ratings smh with his *** riding

you clearly don't understand how TV ratings work. You can't access the PBC telecast on the Fox app unless you're subscribed to the Fox TV channel. The TV channel subscribers that choose to stream are counted towards the TV ratings.

what I'm talking about though, is Showtime subscribers that aren't subscribed to the TV channel. There are millions of people that subscribe directly to the Showtime app that can watch Showtime without subscribing to the Showtime TV channel. These people are not counted in the TV ratings.

Fox and ESPN do not allow this. Showtime does. so showtime's TV ratings are very misleading.

You're 100% wrong. You're not from this country and you have no idea how TV works here. Fox and ESPN do not allow you to subscribe directly. You must go through a TV provider and you are counted in the TV ratings.

unlike fox and espn, you can subscribe directly to the Showtime app and watch Showtime without being a Showtime TV subscriber and without being counted in the TV ratings.

I haven't watched showtime in over a year. But I have been watching every card of theirs live on their app or Xfinity app.
