hey guys i hey to break this to ya but, there is a lot about boxing nowadays that isnt "real". like hbo judges, sanctioning organizations ppv and non competitive oposition. these things all delude the sport so we cant tell who is good or not. they tell us who is and then we pay to see them fight. bogus.

"**** his woman, **** his family, im here to kill this sonofabitch!!!"

i cant stand the gay ****, how are you sposed to take a fighter seriously that says something like.

"im her peanut butter and shes my jelly" and then starts cheesing

in the contender, there are fights where you never know whose actually winning coz they're always cutting scenes in the fights. you think the other guy is winning but the opposite is actually happening! i guess they need to do this sometimes to prevent boring times in the fight and show only the exciting ones!

SO why not just show them real boxing in the first place? Don't make sense to me at all. The Ultimate Fighter show showed teh whole fights and I think that show did A LOT for the UFC.
The guys they are getting for the Contender are generally not skilled enough to make really exciting fights. Like that one white dude with all the KO's. He was always throwing those wild-ass punches (from what they showed)... totally unskilled boxer.

The thing that really gets me and I hope you guys notice, is that that double up on **** alot and sometimes tripple up on it. Like they will show a guy throw a combo, then show that same combo again from a different angle, and then sometimes show it again from another angle so it looks like the guy just hit him with 9 straight punches but it was really 3.

Even take that last fight with Walter when he winded up for the bolo and hit him with a jab. They showed the **** like 4 times in a row and made it seem like the other guy was a amature that kept getting him with that same ****y move but he really only hit him with it like once or twice. They do this **** alot and the mainstream fan cant tell the difference.

That makes alot of rounds look worse then they are and it makes it look like one guy is getting killed or clearly winning the round when in reality I bet they all arent so obvious
I couldn't agree with you more. The contender turns a real boxing match into a threatrical melodramatic rocky movie. Frankly, I don't know how any boxing fans can watch the show!

The only time I watched the contender is when they showed the finale fights uncut and unedited on ESPN. And they were pretty competitive and entertaining boxing matches.
