      Unless pushed outside his comfort zone I think Verdejo will stay inside his comfort zone of winning a decision.

        They always get serious after the boat sailed. His head was filled with the hype when he could have dedicated himself and improved. Now his dedication is more desperation than ambition.

              As long as the set ups and mismatches kept coming he wasn't serious. Now that he's been KOd by a C class fighter, the protection is obvious even to him. He can't rebuild what he never was, but he wants to keep beating cab drivers and hair dressers while we wait for him to mature. He's 26, he can do it by the time he's 36, 46?
