I dont know why they even test for drugs in boxing anymore. It's clear nobody ever did them and we can all get Trenned up by just eating a normal diet. Those guys paying for it at my gym are fool's..

It probably is a mistake, they’ll have tested her testosterone levels, and they’ll be way too high because she’s actually a dude.Comment

Oct 3, 2019:
<< "In light of the finding, and as part of the WBC's results management duties, the WBC has undertaken an investigation of the facts that resulted in the finding, including, but not limited to the: (1) circumstances surrounding the finding; and (2) history and properties of the substance(s) revealed by the finding," the WBC said in a statement. "In addition, Avni Yildirim and his team voluntarily agreed to hold an immediate evaluation meeting with an expert scientist approved by the WBC to conduct an in-depth analysis of the situation at hand.
"The WBC considers those steps necessary to achieve a conclusion of the matter consistent with the WBC rules and regulations and with the WBC CBP protocol."
The WBC said it would make an announcement "in the near future" about the results of its investigation and how it would handle the situation. >>Comment

I mean 100mcg of clen is usually the peak of what a 200lb man would take daily. Of course u could take more, but there’s a law of diminishing returns. I’d like to know what what the results of people tested on gear is so there’s a baseline to compare to all these “contaminated” tests. Why didn’t Nelos whole team take tests to show they too were contaminated? I’m assuming they ate the same meat? Clen is dosed in mcg so it’s easy to say tested for “a tiny amount” but that’s misleading as u take a tiny amount compared to most drugs. Nelo posted a pic busting a most muscular pose, that’s usually the best giveaway. People can’t help themselves. Like Vargas ripping off his shirt when he was on winny. That ufc fighter got millions for a tainted supplement. But I’d like to know all the numbers. Also testosterone to epitestosterone ratios. In university if ur ratio was too high it was up to u to prove why. I know there’s a wide range and they allowed a high ratio at one point in sports but people kept just getting right up to the limit. Still the stuff isn’t skill.
t/r ratios don't apply to Clenbuterol or the various other parent to metabolyte ratios which are used to calculate time /date of adminstration, since Clenbuterol doesn't metabolise into anything else measureable (ie that doesn't occur naturally within the body) we know of. All we got is the urinary / plasma concentration which tell us nothing about the amount originally taken since we don't know how much of it has been eliminated by the time of the test.
Half life of Clenbuterol apx 35-36 hours (in humans) and it follows a fairly standard elimation profile curve with peak plasma being reached after apx 2.5hrs.
minimum detectability is of the order 1-10pg/ml with the best testing equipment
Canelo first test: 600-800pg/ml
Canelo Second test 60-80pg/ml
The large majority of cases of assumed meat contamination fall under 200pg/ml, though I'm assuming that severe cases can get a lot higher based on WADAs decision to substantially increase their threshold in countries where meat contamination is a likelihood. I haven't seen the information they based that decision on so I can't really comment though it is entirely likely the decision was made more for pragmatic moral and political reasons than scientific ones.
Minimum level the****utic use will lead to peak level urinary concentrations of c. 8-10 μg/ml, high level the****utic use can leak to peak urinary concentrations of 50+μg/ml though the actual measured urinary concentration will halve approximately every 35 hours (ie every 'half life) so elapsed time is the critical missing factor that makes it impossible to differentiate between meat contamination and the****utic use in respect to Clenbuterol.
If you don't know when it was taken you can't know how much was taken.
EDIT : the above is just a super brief overview, if anyone wants more complete information just feel free to ask.Last edited by Citizen Koba; 01-25-2020, 05:49 AM.Comment

Hmmm. I am curious about Jimenez' drug tests being only a day apart though... if they are both legitimate and both carried out by VADA this could represent a deliberate strategy of trying to tackle the problem by taking tests closer together to see whether anamolous inconsistencies come up. See whether there's a pattern of passes and fails or whether the results fit the standard elimination profile of the drug involved and so on, if you also provided a diet questionaire along with the sample collection it could yield some very useful information and you could also compare the reported eating habits with any urine work inconsisteancies to see what patterns emerged.
That's how I'd do it, anyways. And of course even though it's main application would be for countries with Clenbuterol contamination issues the use of that kind of sytem might be useful for tracking other forms of possible positives like contaminated or mis-sold supplements and for drugs with shorter half lives. People might know the second test was coming in the next day or two, but actually their responses and any attempts to manipulate the test results or lie about their diet could prove more revealing than simply the test results alone.Last edited by Citizen Koba; 01-25-2020, 05:51 AM.Comment

Oh, and whilst I never 'want' someone to fail a drugs test unless they're guilty, if it is proven that Jimenez cheated I gotta say I'll be really happy for Frachon cos not only did she prove she's a warrior she also comes across as a really cool woman too.
I am really curious to know what she failed for though.Comment
