Szeremeta vs Wojcicki for the vacant IBF wouldn't interest anybody
GGG vs Smith Next? Possibly in April or May?

He hired SNAC and I'm sure they will advise him to move up. Like you say at his age it's probably his best option. I wouldn't be surprised if he either abandonds or severly cuts down on the high altitude training. There is some criticism aimed at the practise of older fighters training at high altitude. Conte isn't a fan of it but at the same time he sells a device that mimics it. LOL.Comment

I bet your source is some homeless guy in the street or maybe a clown from the circus.Just letting you know what has been presented to Golovkin's team as an option for his next fight. I think it is clear Canelo isn't coming down to MW so what is the point of GGG taking this mandatory when he will have to move up himself very soon if he wants the bigger names at DAZN. You want to keep the belt to fight Andrade in a unification bout? Doubt it.Comment

this is exactly why golovkins ibf belt and mando defense(not even called) is worthless...its just an excuse hoping DAZN can buy time to convince nelo to rematch him and get him that big fat check
another 6 months to a year for golovkin to get that rematch is not good for golovkin.....Comment

If I’m GGG I move into the division and steal whatever opponent Canelo has on the radar. Offer to take less so the opponent can take more. Once that guy is put to sleep then Golovkin is in a position to force a third Canelo fight.Comment

yea, but you have balls... and you care about your legacyComment

I wouldn’t be so sure that would be the proper way to go about it
Looks like Father Time has finally caught up to GGG
Moving up wouldn’t hurt him but not sure he’d have an easy time handling the power at superComment

If Canelo fights Murata and GGG fights Smith, the end result is likely Chris Eubank Jr as WBA world middleweight champion unifying with Jermall Charlo. With Canelo & GGG both out of the division, the winner of that fight as unified WBC/WBA world middleweight champion would have a lot of control in the division. Wasn't that long ago Haymon had zero control in one of the most important glamor divisions and soon he may have all of the control.Comment

If he isn’t going to chase Canelo then he might as well retire. If he’s thinking about anyone else then his heart isn’t in the game which hurts him even more than his age.Comment
