Yeh I would like fury to fight the scous plumber David price for his last fightI have a strong inkling that Wilder gets the KO this time. When he does, I think Fury takes on someone like Helenius or Povetkin so he can say he's back. Then Joshua, which I think Fury loses by SD, since judges will favor Joshua as he plans to fight for many more years. Then Fury ends his career or takes on a meaningless fight then ends his career.
A guy he dipped dodged ducked and dived back in the day
Dropped his title instead fighting big truck ..... something the none daftys can still rememberComment

How do you define "slugging it out"?Fury shouldn't try to slug it out with Wilder. That would likely get him KTFO. But you can fight aggressively without getting into a slug out. Get in close whenever you see the chance, and stay in close throwing short hooks and uppercuts. Wilder needs space to generate power, so don't give him space.
In my head - slugging it out has been come-forward, pressure, inside fighting.... and is a well-used term in boxing for that style.
You say he shouldn't slug it out but then say he should?
I have been saying things like "put it on" and "slug it out" etc and people have called me crazy, saying that's a one-way ticket to get KO'd...... but I believe Fury is far more skilled than Wilder in all aspects of boxing apart from being explosive at distance..... so "slugging it out" is the best tactic IMO.....
I do agree though, despite the maybe differing definitions, that taking away distance for his one-punch is the best tactic.Comment

If he tries to close distance he will walk right into a big punch or eat body shots that lead to a late KO. Inside, Wilder is stronger. I would employ the tactic from fight one and just hope to avoid the right for 36.How do you define "slugging it out"?

Wilder is stronger inside than Fury?
That is some next level shiat man. Fury is FAR FAR FAR more skilled inside, also bigger, heavier, stronger inside.
It is amazing how people think Wilder is stronger due to his punch that requires DISTANCE..... he needs leverage my man..... please learn boxing.
Or show me the fight where Wilder is superman inside.... show me a fight where Wilder fights inside and I will be impressed.
I'll wait.....
(tying to imagine Wilder throwing Fury about or out-muscling Fury inside is actually hilarious to me by the way)Comment

Not a cat in hells chance that AJ beats fury on points.. he's slower and more predictable than wilder, whom fury is about to comfortably outboutbox. AJ needs to stop fury like klitschko or he'll lose on points like he was to klitschko.he barely.manages to outbox smaller guys like Ruiz and Parker and had hell with klitschko his rangiest and most fundamentally sound opponent. Fury is bigger and quicker and on his toes more than wlad I don't know how you see AJ winning a split unless he gets 4 knockdowns or.somethint crazy. He doesn't and will.never have the stamina to.be a pressure fighter for.12.rounds like.chisora etc..Fury is a reply bad style for AJ imo. Both wilder and AJ have better.shot against eachother , I.dont think AJ can beat either of.them.though.Comment

You don't have to throw your opponent about to be stronger. Further, what fight of Fury's demonstrates his inside strength?Wilder is stronger inside than Fury?
