Canelo is fighting in Japan, but the fight will still air on prime time US time. Sure Vegas is open, but some viewers will obviously be shifted to that fight.

Now, if you put Spence/Pacquiao on that date, then you have a chance at an successful PPV even with the Canelo fight happening at the same time.
