Maybe FMW dilutes a couple of milligrams of test in his IV vs a guy literally putting brass knuckles in his gloves. Manny would have got busted just like Canelo if VADA had tested him in the Filos like they popped up at Canelo's door in Mexico uninvited. Funny thread though.

How could Mayweather no far in advance he'd be ill after the weigh in? Mayweather's situation is exactly why retroactive TUEs exist. Everything was done exactly to the rules. He notified USADA that he needed an IV, he notified USADA that he'd be sending in a TUE request for the IV, he allowed USADA to watch the IV. He sent his paperwork and medical information in within the allotted time. USADA's doctors said everything was legit. The end.

Floyd and Manny voluntarily agreed to specific restrictions and USADA was hired to enforce them.
Floyd and Manny weren't subject to the WADA code and even if they were, with a TUE, Floyd was completely compliant with the WADA code.
And are you suggesting Floyd demanded weakened doping rules to allow him to cheat.
You might be on to something there.
