How could Mayweather no far in advance he'd be ill after the weigh in? Mayweather's situation is exactly why retroactive TUEs exist. Everything was done exactly to the rules. He notified USADA that he needed an IV, he notified USADA that he'd be sending in a TUE request for the IV, he allowed USADA to watch the IV. Floyd and Manny weren't subject to the WADA code and even if they were, with a TUE, Floyd was completely compliant with the WADA code.
