    Golden Boy Promotions CEO Oscar De La Hoya confirmed that he will support female boxing a lot more and did not rule out having some interesting fights on the undercard to a major show featuring Canelo Alvarez in the main event.

    I'd like to see that fight. One of the few female matchups that moves the needle.

      They should make claratchet move up. No point of making the fight if Jimenez is gonna drain herself.

        Fucc that no woman’s boxing. I actually watch undercards and don’t have any interest of seeings women’s boxing ever.

                If it sells then it's gonna get made I suppose. Doubt it will "explode" and become mainstream though, people can't help but compare it to men's boxing and the difference is too big, and not in a pleasant way as it is with women tennis.

                    Female's lack of raw power and athleticism, compared to males, makes them entertaining to watch in some sports, like tennis, football (soccer) gymnastics and MMA. They have to use skill, tactics, and sometimes just sheer stubborn will to win, to come out on top.

                    But boxing has such a strong masculine history and tradition. To me, women boxing just doesn't look right .. like men doing ice dancing or synchronized swimming.
