i think thats unfair to ruiz. most people had him beating parker who was a top 5 guy. this rosario guy got ko'd by galimore who is not top 10, had a draw with mark hernandez not top 10, and a SD over cota who is not top 10. thats 3 fights that showed he wasn't top class. ruiz was still in the conversation as being a player
