I always thought Hatton-Floyd-Cotto would be like Roshambot, or scissors-paper-stone. Not based on boxing logic, more just gut instinct.

The Floyd that would get a wide UD over Cotto would be upset by a Hatton who would shock the forum by beating Floyd and making him look relatively ordinary.

But Cotto would be the one to beat Hatton.

u guys need to get off cotto's nuts, who has he fought to be so good ? Name one person, just one.. as i have said if torres had more then two weeks of training cotto's o would be gone, the kid cannot take a solid punch. He is ass and definetly overrated. Hatton would stretch cotto easy 6rd ko, when it and if it goes down, I will take all bets

I actually rate Cotto's chin. He gets stunned easily enough, but after that you need to drop a fridge on the guy's head to take him out. How many flush shots did Torres land without Cotto even going down? (It was a push that KD'd him IMO).

Cotto would rip Hatton a new one. Hatton is hype... so is Cotto somewhat but Cotto is more complete as a boxer.

I agree. I don't think Hatton's gonna be long at all at 140. I think he'll have to drain himself too much to make weight and find himself going back to 147. Should be a helluva fight.

Torres fought a month before he took the fight. He was in shape. He also was the #1 ranked challenger, they were scheduled to fight in December, Branco got hurt, they offered Torres people the fight and they took it. Is that Cotto's fault? Now, Cotto has beaten gold medalist, 3 or 4 ex champs, 3 or 4 solid undefeated fighters and has been put against all types of styles. I like Hatton, don't get me wrong, but don't even go there with that level of opposition crap, 'cause Cotto's level of opp. has been better.
