We not only don't know, we can't even speculate, because they are none.

The exceptional circumstance was probably a big case of money given to the USADA chief.

The drugs included methamphetamine, locally known as shabu, marijuana and *******. Pacquiao said he used them “for years” but it was when he was a teenager and before he “became a champion”.

I base ALL my opinions on FACTS. Not on rumors, speculation and misinformed like Pact@rds.

Now you tell me....why didn't Manny speak about his previous drug use during a ****ing defemation of character lawsuit.....did he forget he used to smoke METH?

Your article says Pac used drugs as a teenager in the Philippines. If Mayweather had any proof at all that Pac used drugs as a boxer, he would have produced it instead of settling the suit, paying Pac and making a public apology.
Also it's interesting that FM settled the suit after Pac's lawyers subpoenaed Floyd and UASDA for production of all documents pertaining to the PEDS testing of FM for 3 fights where the lawyers had heard Floyd's "A" sample had tested positive. FM settled and drug testing results were never produced.

If USADA was corrupt and Mayweather had them on the take, why wouldn't USADA just look the other way for a few minutes while he got the IV treatment? Why would there even need to be a TUE?

The haters claim Mayweather sought IV treatment to mask PEDs, but if USADA was corrupt and Mayweather had them on the take, why would he need to mask PEDs?

The whole thing makes no sense.

Because the DCO are not apart of it

There is no viable reason on why he needed to take this illegal IV, unless it was to mask PEDs.

We have eliminated everything else this is the only thing left, it must be the truth.

So, why did he take this illegal IV, which is used to mask PED use?

              There is only one answer.
True and Floyd could end all speculation by simply producing medical records.
These records would simply be signed by a doctor.
The record would state what medical condition FM had
and why that necessitated a prefight IV of over 25 ounces of fluid.
Of course FM didn't produce any records and he won't now and fans will always suspect foul play.

Oh please tell me more about who is and isn't a part of your grand conspiracy, of which you have absolutely no evidence to support.

"The reason MMA athletes have gravitated towards IV hydration is that they only have 24 hours before the fight, and with IVs in one to two hours they immediately feel better. When they feel better quicker, they have more time to mentally prepare instead of feeling terrible the day before sometimes the biggest fight of their careers. If you have never been severely dehydrated before, it’s an absolutely terrible and evil place. The dehydrated body lives in world similar to the body aches and lethargy of influenza, and the mind experiences the ripping headache/light sensitivity and inattentiveness of a proper hangover. Now imagine feeling this way the day before a fight.

The oral re-hydrator has to drink, sometimes several liters of rehydration liquid, before they feel the same effects. This could take hours, or even half a day."

As shown by Floyd weights leading up to the fight and his ring weight for previous fights being 150lbs, it is impossible for him to be dehydrated, let alone severely dehydrated.

Fighter get that way but cutting a lot of weight, which is mostly water to make weight.

Now that theory been dismissed, what do you have left.
He used the IV to mask PED use.

                    It is the only explanation.

Because the only medical reason to take this IV is for severe dehydration, which is impossible for Floyd to have, given his weight, leading up to the fight.

                      He was clearly doping.

USADA had two choice 3 weeks later whether to grant Floyd a retroactive TUE.

Either grant it, or find Floyd guilty of doping and call the bout a NC

The implications for the latter would have been huge and USADA's credibility would have been nil.
