Floyd fell ill the night before the fight, on a Friday, after the close of business. USADA was notified, before he took the IV, that he would be submitting a TUE request for the IV. There was no reason why the fight couldn't take place while his team prepared the paperwork since IV was 100% legal in Nevada anyway.

So the USADA doc who administered it at Floyd's house ( also illegal ) put a bag on Floyd's head?? The wada rules which USADA is supposed to adhere by is tues will only be granted if it is a matter of life and death , which dehydration can be but it wasnt if floyd gave a urine sample first . Also they found evidence of previous iv used from floyd . And the iv had started AFTER the dco had arrived . The state commissions have constantly had to supoena USADA for information which should not have to happen as per wada rules . How is this not shady ??and show me another fighter who submitted application for a tue 3 weeks AFTER the fight and they were approved .....you cant all the other ones u stated were applied for before the fight and granted after expcept the one where the fight never even happened so how could there even be a retroactive exemption ??lmao anyways again iam going to bed . Paramedics were called and they administered the IV, not USADA.
All retroactive TUEs are examined by a panel of doctors and experts who aren't told who the athlete is. Retroactive TUEs are granted all the time. There was no special treatment for Mayweather.Comment

If anything with the late application floyd should have been suspended and reinstated after the evidence was reviewed. U cant apply for the tue after the fact and u have to notify the dco of any prescriptions too that may be banned . He did not do this and got away with it because he is who he is .....goodnightComment
