This time Helenius is not coming in shorth notification.. for Whyte and Washington fights he was coming in practically straight from the pub. Still was ahead on scorecards against Washington and made it to the final bell against Whyte. Breazele would've been another decent progression fight for this dude. Instead he's opting to fight Helenius and then looking to jump right in with Wilder or Fury? That's a textbook "****** a$$ move"

I like Kownacki - I think it's kind of sweet in like a naive kind of way that he's talking title shot. Echoing basically everyone, of course it seems too soon for him, and his skills need more developing.

Then again - looking at the resumes of Joshua, Wilder, and Fury, maybe Kownacki is pretty much on par with some of the fights they take.

Still, I'd like to see his people do right by him and build Kownacki up a little slower, let him build a solid and steady career, and save some bank before he goes for it. Too much too soon can have some dire consequences.

Move slower than he already is? Kownacki is only fighting twice a year and isn't facing challenging opposition either. Martin and Arreola played into his style, and he ran over Szpilka/Washington.
