And yet Pulev would be the 3rd most credible name on Wilders resume, go figure.

Maybe the third but it would be the most credible opponent he defeated ,even Ortiz has a poorer resume then Pulev does. They each share something in common both lost to champions however Klitschko has historical value ,Wilder has controversies like getting extra recovery time , weird split decisions and running away from career high paydays .

Because that implies they want to fight Usyk.

The WBO already said they would wait and not get in the way, and Hearn and Joshua heard that and said "Guess they want us to drop the belt!"

I already said Whyte isn’t ranked in WBO and Usyk will be staying on WBO track ,I don’t know what you want me to tell you other then in all likelihood I could see Usyk vs Fa for the WBO title before Parker who I don’t believe his team wants a Usyk .

A non ranked guy doesn't fight for a title.

That's why we see so many "wink wink nudge nudge" things where a guy unranked will suddenly become ranked.

Helinus was unranked by the WBA, then miraculously when Kownacki decided he wanted to fight Helinus, BOOM, Robert is suddenly ranked #6 without having done anything.

Pulev would go on Wilders resume right around where Siarhei Liakhovich is.

After all, Liakhovich is a former Heavyweight Champ who won the strap off of the fighter who took it from Wlad...That actually puts Pulev BEHIND Liakhovich

Whyte has a title in the WBC and has the winner of Fury or Wilder down the corner he’s not fighting a guy who himself has a title shot next .

Helenius is fighting Kownacki both are ranked in the WBA so that has nothing to do with why Whyte won’t fight Usyk or vice versa . If your looking for guys who miraculously turn up in top ten spots see Wilder who has at least 2 fights where he decided to fight a non ranked guy outside the top 15 .

I was just answering your question. Had nothing to do with Whyte/Usyk.

You asked how an unranked guy fights for a title.

No I was responding to the other poster why would I be asking a question with a question replying to someone else ?

I think you are right. AJ's new sissy style doesn't really bode well if he views Pulev as a threat and Pulev is generally as boring as they come since Wlad knocked him out.

But you never know. Maybe they will actually go to war!
