The woman who alleged Sergey Kovalev assaulted her in June 2018 has filed a new lawsuit against Kovalev for failing to meet terms of the financial settlement they reached following the civil lawsuit she first filed against him. According to a report posted Wednesday morning by TMZ Sports, Jamie Frontz stated in the new lawsuit that Kovalev stopped paying her after making an initial installment of $250,000 in October. The lawsuit states that Kovalev agreed to pay Frontz a total of $650,000 in three installments as part of their settlement agreement.
