Respect to the IBF for insisting on them.
Spence HAD TO be a mandatory to get a title shot.

Apinun ( never seen him fight ) may not be a Spence but he also has a family to feed.
    Let him get his chance.
I'd agree with you if the rules were the same for each and every boxer...but they aren't. The sanctioning bodies defo have their favourites so until they start treating every fighter as an equal I'll still keep wanting big fights.

So it looks like a pick 'em type fight ...
Khongsong is getting ko'd in the Hydro, or do you think Josh will go to Thailand?

From what he said after signing with Arum it looks like Bob wants him to fight in the US, like Tyson Fury.

Wouldn’t t be funny if cyclone or , even match room, managed to win the purse bid?

The Thai guy ain't a bad fighter - tall, healthy reach, decent jab, good workrate, got power but he does everything at half the speed of Taylor. Can't see this going the full 12 but these Thais are no mugs when it comes to fighting.

The "big fights" will always be there.

Let the "unknowns" get their chance just like an "unknown" guy called Manny Pac got his chance many decades ago.

I hope Apinun Khongsong pounds the 'Tart-Tomato' until hes ketchup! Regis Pro gave Taylor that work, Josh has not recovered from that savage beating in the finals of the WBSS. I'm telling you, dont be surprised if Apinun Khongsong becomes the next Rungvisai.

IBF giving Taylor a soft touch. The Dadashev vs Matias fight was an IBF title eliminator bout.

They can't keep avoiding Subriel Matias forever.

Quality “mandatory.” boxrec ranks him 95th at 140 and he may be a little overrated. Seems like it would have been cheaper to have Taylor just punch a bag in front of fans. Same results
