I don't see Danny having trouble we Redkach because he plays into Danny's strengths. Movement is what troubles Danny.

Remember, Kavaliauskas also "played into Crawford's strengths", Porter "played in Spence's strengths", Thurman "played into Manny's strengths" and Gamboa "played into Tank's strengths". We saw what happened in these situations.

I'm not saying Garcia loses - I doubt that. Only that he has trouble that we don't expect he should have.

normally i would agree with you but danny has been training like a madman, been in shape for a while and is seriously motivated.

still what you say makes sense. i think danny has trouble early because he's a slow starter. plus the whole southpaw thing. but he'll break redkach down and get him out of there late.

Yup, this is second fight with his new S&C coach. He's in best mode right now. He should have brought him on when he first went up to welterweight but better late than never.

I've noticed recently that when fighters do a lot of self-hyping, they end up losing, or at least not winning.

Joshua did it, then Ruiz did it. Khan did it, Horn did it, then Murata did it. Eubank did it. Thurman did it. Logan Paul did it (I still say he won that).

And of course, Manny 'God Will Deliver Him Unto Me' Pacquiao was the worst offender, alongside Roach and Arum leading up to Mayweather.

Listen, Redkach is no bum. Bums don't stop Devon Alexander. But I do question chin when you get knocked out by a guy that got completely outboxed by Broner and is clearly on the slide.

In short, what I'm saying is that this fight should mirror Garcia / Salka, but it wouldn't surprise me to see it mirror García / Herrera.
