Sure, even at the top level between well matched chicks they ain't gonna be as skilled or deadly as the men, but the best match ups can have every bit the drama. I won't kid you though - I'm a supporter of the women's sport and I will acknowledge that most of the fights don't do that much for me... but there are some gems.

Last night's fight was a just horrible mismatch with Habazin literally just fighting to survive for almost the entire 20 mins... don't judge 'em all by that.

Hell, if you're watching tonight El Tigre vs Crew Dezurn promises to be a much better fight than Shields vs Habazin, and I think it'll be on right before Jaime vs Spike.

Yes i saw Cederoos vs Espinosa and it was a decent scrap. Its all preference. Im comparing that fight to the main event i defiantly would say Cederoos vs Espinosa was the better of the two. Im an observer id be crazy not to see that. But all im doing is now comparing two fights im not interested in. Because it doesn't get me off my feet or excited.

I may give El Tigre vs Crew Dezurn a look. Not sure. Christy Martin Lala Ali what ever bigger named girls that cam out years back couldn't get Womens boxing off the ground. Sheilds aint gonna do it either. I dont care how big Showtime boost up her market and how many spoon fed lambs they feed her. It only targets a small number of people. If you like it and support it thats cool. I dont see PPVs selling out arenas with female Main events anytime soon. Or ever for that fact. Doesn't have that fire or intensity.

Im gonna try it again tonight. Ive never been able to get the fire in me for a womans match. Im open for anything to grow on me. Ill give it a go. Cant say i have an open mind for it though. But i will see if i can gain some interest.

I agree, it lacks intensity and quality. Top level male amateurs are definitely a higher standard. For instance I’d take the Harvey Lambert or Mark ****inson to beat Claressa Shields easily. (ABA champions at 69kg and 75kg)

I have a tonne of respect for any woman who fights amateur or professional but they are simply not at a high enough level.

Thats about exactly how i feel about it. I criticize it not so much because i dont respect the fighters. Man woman or child gets respect to get in the ring. But i dont respect the expectations. Its not PPV worthy. Its not Main event worthy. when they talk it up like its the best thing to slice bread in a toaster and it has the intensity of two sloths fighting....ehh

Its like dont tell me the chick im gonna **** is beautiful and sexy and bring me a girl that fat and nasty with a stink pvssy and one saggy tit. I just wont be able to have that same drive intensity for her vs the hot chick. analogy

It’s just not there yet in terms of quality. Promoters are trying to force it down people’s throats as “headliners” because it’s cheap.

I think women’s boxing could do with an Invicta type organisation which is solely women’s boxing like in women’s MMA. That way the sport can grow organically and female fighters can develop their own fan bases and it doesn’t have to be mixed with the men’s creating constant comparisons that will never be met.
