Comments Thread For: Crawford Could Be The Prize For Ramirez vs. Taylor Winner

A super-fight with Terence Crawford could be the prize for the winner of a summer unification fight between Josh Taylor and Jose Ramirez after it was announced that Taylor, the WBA and IBF super-lightweight champion, has signed a "multi-year deal" with Top Rank and ESPN.

Both of those two are huge junior welters that have been at 140 longer then Crawford's tenure there.

It was obvious to me this was Arums plan when he signed Taylor.
Not bad by the old man.
But it'll only keep the pressure for a Spence fight off for a year or so.

But I thought "Bomac wants 50/50 Spence" doe!

Are we saying that Crawford, instead of fighting a legit threat at 147 in Shawn Porter, would rather fight an undersized opponent?

        People are defending this?

... your only "theme" here is Crawford, for sure...

... and I guess that you do know that Bud and Shawn are buddies since long ago...

Writing off Postol is a big mistake. His style could give Ramirez nightmares..

Crawford is by miles the best, greatest current american fighter.

He is a real throwback to the great afro american fighters

Yet, the PBC tribal fanboyz, blinded by their hate towards Top Rank (and everybody who isn't Haymon) and their bias ends up bashing Crawford non stop here.

THat's really funny and ******ed if you ask me.
