Ortiz must beat somebody to prove anything, because his resume is trash. He is coming from a KO loss and he should fight Ruiz who is also coming from a loss. Winner is a contender, loser fights Washington or somebody next.

Rivas didn't speak English either. He said he wanted Wilder and he just had to fight Ortiz to get him and he wouldn't do it. Yeah, everytime Hearn sends offers, PBC fanboys cry lowball.
It shouldn't be an issue for PBC to offer him more than he's worth.
