I think Canelo and Pacquiao had the best resumes in the past decade but the fact that Floyd beat both rather easily and was the clear cut best P4P fighter for 5 years straight automatically places him higher than them, but i'm also ok with them giving it to someone who's still active to help promote someone active which is better for boxing. Floyd already had his time and doesn't need recognition or validation from anybody.

There are no.prizes for half decade but it's not necessarily floyd. Beating nel o and pac doesn't automatically make your half decade the best
