Who can Pacquiao beat and will receive full credit for the W?

I can hear a lot of haters with their excuses. Seems like he wouldn't get credit if he beat these fighters:

Crawford ("didn't look good in his last fight and got dropped by Kav")

Spence ("wasn't the same after the car crash")

Canelo for a 160 belt ("he's a 175 fighter")

the woman beater *Floyd ("he's been retired")

So are there any other fighters out there who Pacquiao can beat and get full credit for the win?

No. THe standards for Pac are too high to get any credit. Floyd beats green fighters with CW and gets credit. Beats former flyweights whist using IV fluids gets credit whilst taking a 5 year break.

If he didn't duck Crawford he'd have got full credit for that. And he still would if he fought him now.

Obviously he'd get full credit for fighting Canelo but Pacquaio will never fight Canelo so that's irrelevant.

Spence I think we should wait to see how he looks first after the crash. That's fair.

Floyd's old and shot so that fight makes no sense.
