I don't think Shields can get down to 147. Rafael reported she is targeting Napoleon at 160 if Napoleon wins her two belt fight at 168.

Braekhus probably doesn't want to change weight classes riding a 25 fight title defense streak.

I thought I read somewhere that Braekhus would move up to 154 to fight Shields if she wins a belt!

If that fight doesn’t happen I would be disappointed as women’s boxing needs fights like that and deserves big fights so that they can get elevated and get paid greatly!

Napoleon probably would rather have a crack at undisputed than defend the belts she already won. Plus if she loses to Shields at 160, she can try to get Crews-Dezurn for undisputed back up at 168.

As for Braekhus, again, the clock is ticking. I just don't see her changing weight classes at 40. Because Shields already has 2 fights lined up with Showtime and she's going back up to 160, and Braekhus already has at least two more fights set up via DAZN (a spring defense and then the winner of Serrano vs Taylor was what Hearn said). With Braekhus likely going down to a catchweight and Shields going up, it just doesn't seem like it's in the cards. Sort of like Floyd vs GGG, it's just one of those fights where they're just not quite close enough in size at the right time in their careers.
