rating is usally opoins but opoins must be based on some facts.

For example some people say Mayweather is overrated because he havent fought a good opponenet in WW I would reply that he fought Castillo x2 , Gatti, Corrales..etc and he is still new in WW and just doing fine.

another example is Manny Pacquoi some people say he is overrated. In my book if you could KO Morales that havent been Koed throughout his whole career you desrve credit for that as well as beating Koing Barrerra.

At the end if you say an opoin you must put some facts based on your opoins.

yeah man, saying evander was overrated is just flat out nuts.

people jock chris byrds nuts talking about him being a middleweight blah blah blah well evander holyfield weighed 175 pounds when he began his professional career.

holyfeild won the cruiserweight title when he was 23 years old in only his 12th career fight. he became unififed champion knocking out everyone opponent he defended or challenged against. he also won his first 7 fights as a heavyweight all by KO culminating in winning the undisputed championship from buster douglas. he beat tyson, mercer, foreman, moorer, bowe, holmes, dokes, rahman and ruiz. i guess i could go on but its late.

I would have said Peter McNeeley was overrated by Vinnie Vecchione, but no. I don't think even Vinnie thought Peter had a chance against Mike.

He outboxed alot of his opponents.
                  He had very good skills.
